Finally went back to the gym after my flu. Felt really good to workout! I did 5 minutes on the exercise bike to get my heart rate up, then did the weight machines, then did 60 reps on the ab machine, then 1/2 hour on the elliptical machine. PHEW. But I've got my good weight news: I'm under 250 pounds for the first time in 2 years!! It's amazing what smaller portions and exercise can do ;-p

Ruh-roh! Just remembered that I have a doctor's appointment on Tuesday - is Monday okay instead? And did you mean the Don Pablo's in Rookwood Pavilion? If so, what time? I can get there 5-ish or after.
