Ah ah ah!

Ok, I appear to have been smoking some exquisite crack, I've been acting goofy all day. But I DID do my 2nd exercise of the year today, even AFTER being thwarted by the brokeness of the treadmill at my parents house! I took their dog for a walk instead. And then I did 30 situps.

And then I rewarded myself, sigh. That's going to be the hard part this year, living just down the street from a Bonbonnerie! I cannot resist their double
fudge brownies! They are SO SO SO heavenly. I told myself I could have one if I did 30 situps instead of the 20 I was originally planning to do. And I did. And I enjoyed it. I'm going to try to limit myself to one brownie a week. (That's huge, since, I'm ashamed to admit, I can polish off two of the suckers in a sitting).

Eating was pretty good, had oatmeal for breakfast, banana for morning snack, long johns chicken strips for lunch (only 2 weight watchers points each), small bowl of pasta for dinner, water all day, and my brownie.

Sleep now ^_^

Are you putting stickers on your calendar? It really helps! It gives you something that lets you "see" the results of your effort.
