Hey, is there a place where I can get the guidelines for SBD without having to pay through the nose? (Am a wee bit broke these days) I figure since it's worked so well for you so far, I should probably give it a shot. :)

Surely ^_^ I moderate a community here on LJ (southbeachdiet) and there's a site at Prevention.com that's really informative. I borrowed the book from the library, I really recommend reading it, but I didn't want to pay for it either ^_~
