I hate hate hate hate HATE Time Warner Customer Service. They are so terrible. This guy, who told me he was a supervisor, actually told me that my situation wasn't Time Warner's problem. And I was being SO SUPER polite too.

I wish I had a choice of cable providers. And no, I hate satellite, I wouldn't go there.

time warner is EVIL. since I've lived in my little apartment, they have accidentally turned my cable off three times. once it took them three days to turn it back on.

THEIR OFFICE IS FOUR DOORS DOWN FROM MY APARTMENT, FOR PETE'S SAKE. DOESN'T ANYONE WHO WORKS THERE HAVE LEGS AND A SPARE FIVE MINUTES?

when that happened, i wouldn't hang up the phone until they took half off of my bill for that month. bah. evil people, all of them.

I don't know I found this on a friends page but anyways.....do what I do scream and yell and bitch until they give you free cable for life or for the past 3 years in my case, and hell I'm only 18 mom had me doing her dirty work for her!

Yeah, I went to Columbus Pride because Cincy's seemed inconvenient. Plus it rained all that weekend.
