It's foodie time in offices around the country.

This week is when people from my department are bringing in food, and the 15th is officially "Food Day" in the administration office.

I decided to make Pampered Chef's Strawberry Cheesecake Torte. I used to make it all the time in....2001, 2002 when I was a Pampered Chef consultant. The last time I made it was spring of 2004, so I wasn't sure if I still had the talent.

I invited xoraclex over to help me make a practice torte. She's a good helper. Just don't give her a whisk.

I've still got it!







Yes, it tastes as good as it looks.
