Met with my trainer yesterday and did workout #4. She talked with me a little bit, found out what I was looking for, weighed me, took measurements, and then led me through the workouts. I did a 5 minute warm up on the exercise bike, then she showed me how to do the weight machines I would be using, and I did one rep of each, then the ab machine, then finally I did 15 minutes of the elliptical machines. She told me to enjoy this workout because the future ones would be harder :-)

So that's 4 for me! And I have an appointment to go back with her on Friday, and I want to go back by myself on either Saturday or Sunday and just do a
class.

I bought myself new workout clothes too ^_^ And [livejournal.com profile] suraimu said he would join the gym either next month or the month after, so I'll have someone to go with.
