I spent a very nice morning at the Clermont County library, getting a new card and browsing. It was very nice and peaceful, and I got an armload of books. Growing up with two librarians as parents, I _do_ like libraries, I just don't want to work there like they keep encouraging me to do ;-p Then this afternoon I took a Benedryl for my allergies and was knocked out until about a half hour ago.

Life is full of experiences. Sometimes you just have to live and learn. For instance, I have learned that when the apartment manager shows you an apartment in December and says, "look, it's right behind the pool!" that is NOT a good thing. I like children, really, I do, but when they're in a pool, they're VERY loud. It's not their fault. But in the future, I'll know that apartment surroundings are important to remember.

Children should be placed in hibernation until they are old enough to act decently in public the vast majority of the time.

When they're in an obvious playground like a swimming pool, it's hard not to expect them to make noises. I wasn't thinking about that in December. I just thought it would nice to walk out on the balcony and see the pool. o_O
