No! Seriously, you know that you can overdose on ibuprofin just like any other drug, right? It can cause serious liver damage. You really should never take more than six in a day. I don't mean to be preachy or superior or anything, I just don't want to see you hurt yourself.

I know that factually, but when the tooth starts hurting it's either OD on Ibuprofen or kill myself right then and there. :-(

Honey, if you haven't done so already, put a call in to Dr. T and take the Newton's homeopathic as often as necessary. The only other thing that helped severe toothache for me (besided the Newton's) was ice. The cold sucks at first, but it should numb it after a while. That combined with the homeopathic may yield you some relief.
