EVERYONE around me is sick. Sick at home, sick at school, sick at work. I know I'm going to catch this flu, and I'm dreading it. I can't afford to miss any work, because I need the money, I don't want to have any absences during my first month of work (at least!) and I don't have any sick time. I've been taking a vitamin (almost) every day, and I think that's why I've held out as long as I have. Otherwise I'm sure I would have been one of the first people to succomb to this virus. Blech.

I haven't been sleeping well the last two nights, I've been waking up in the middle of the night overcome with heat. My room is the warmest room in the house. If I have my grate all the way open, it is literally like a sauna. I had my grate 1/4th of the way open, and it was fine, but I guess with the snow my mom turned up the heat and I didn't realize it because it's just TOO DAMN HOT in my room now. I had to open the window at 5am this morning to be able to get back to sleep. When I got up at 6:30, I closed my grate completely, and covered it with a blanket. This is standard winter practice. Hopefully tonight I'll be able to actually get some sleep.

Only 4 more days left of school after today. That means I'll be able to work slightly longer hours at work, joy. It's not expected of me, but I need to. I'm very behind on bills and things because of the sudden harsh drought when I stopped delivering and stopped getting tips.

I actually found time to do a little tiny bit of homework last night, but it meant not going to the gym. One or the other, I suppose.

No more complaining. Really, I'm not that miserable. What are good things going on right now? I get to see my dad tonight. My kitties love me and are very snuggly. I'm doing well in school. I did laundry last night, including the handwashables, which had been sitting in a pile gathering dust for almost a month. Diet's gone to hell...is that a bad or a good thing? ^_~ Tastebuds say good....waistline says bad. I'm pretty much tempted to say hell with it till January. There's peanut butter bars in the kitchen!!!!

Yay!!!!
Another 'Boose fan! Heeheehee!
Yeah, I'm a big CB/Caboose fan myself. Feel free to make me a buddy. So in your times seeing the show, how many times did you go to the stage door afterwards?
I've only seen the show once so far (sadly) but I do plan on seeing it more in April.
I like you Avatar! *Grin* Jeremy is so *adorable* as our slightly insane friend and he's really sweet too.
Say if you have AIM, get ahold of me at EvilRedCaboose. If you have MSN, I'm at PrincessSaturn59@aol.com
Hope to get in touch.

Everyone has been sick here too. Its scary when going on the train to work how many people are sniffling, coughing or sneezing. Many do not seem to comprehend the idea that one should cover their mouth when coughing. Either that or not to sneeze on others.

*sighs*
