Nov. 11th, 2003 09:21 pmLOOOOOONG day.
Woke up at 6:30, out the door, made it to school by 7:15 (to get the good parking spot). Class started at 8:30. Q&A. At 140 and 160wpm. Very interesting. I dropped a LOT, but I was also keeping up more than I thought I was. There's a lot of shortcuts that I'd forgotten that are coming back into use that I'm going to have to go back over (for example, "do you remember" can be hit in one stroke instead of three, but I haven't used that brief in so long, I was rusty this morning).
Jury Charge was easier than I thought it would be. Especially since it's only at 120wpm. There's just a LOT of briefs (shortcuts are called briefs) to memorize. Once I memorize the briefs, I should be able to pass the 120 Jury Charge easily.
Then during the lunch hour we had our award ceremony. I received my pin for my 100 and 120 speed achievements. So now I have three pretty little pins ^_^
Then Literature class, dull. Took a quiz, got a hundred.
Then came home for a brief moment, took a shower, then raced over to Price Hill to pick up my friend Richard and go BACK to school for the night class. The night teacher is so much better than our drunk. She actually TEACHES. So I got to hear some extra Q&A dictation, and actually learn some new words.
But now I'm very very tired.

Date: 2003-11-12 09:47 am (UTC)By the way, do you have a brief for "if you can"? With Sten Ed theory, I guess you could define it in your dictionary as "FUK" but then that would also in turn have the word "fuck" come up. I was just wondering if you had a different entry for "fuck" in your dictionary.. and if you have a brief for "if you can". I use this phrase so much. I only use it as two strokes, as I can phrase "you can".
