Sep. 22nd, 2003 06:35 pmToday was interesting.
I woke up exhausted (see late night entries from this morning), grabbed breakfast, and drove to school. The drive was interesting because it was pouring rain, my car kept sliding, and the "empty gas tank" light went on halfway there. Class was class. Another of my friends passed her 120's, so she's gone now. That leaves me and Jasmine in the lower class. I have two teachers, and my male teacher said he's not giving any more tests for the quarter (the quarter ends Thursday) but my female teacher said she'll try and give some on Wednesday. So I have one more chance to pass a test.
I'd left my peanut butter and jelly sandwich at home, so I was just going to eat something from the vending machine, but my friend Richard said he didn't want to eat alone, so he bought me lunch. Then we took our English final. Very easy, just writing 3 paragraphs. After the test, I was going to drive Richard home, but he said he didn't want to go home yet, so he talked me into going to a movie. He wanted to see Underworld. I didn't really have any interest in it, but he was paying, so I agreed. We went to Newport AMC. There was some time to kill before the movie, so we went to Gameworks and I showed him my mad DDR skillz ^_~ The movie was ok. In that not really sort of way. It was kinda silly. Very trite. Definetly not one I would have paid to see. All the male characters looked alike, I was having a hard time keeping them straight. The female lead reminded me of Battle Angel Alita ^_^ And they left it open for a sequel. NO! This one was bad enough!
So now I'm home. I'm exhausted. Think I'll make some dinner and go to bed.
