Friends List Cleanup

Despite the fact that I just friended a new random person today, I'm WAAAAYYYYY overdue for a Friends List Cleanup. There are some people that I hate to admit that I skim their posts, or I really have NO idea who they are, or they haven't made a post in their LJ since April, and it's time to cut them loose.
