I didn't really plan to do this diet at all.
carmenvitae just started it, but I didn't know much about it. Then I received a MyPoints email, and was offered 750 points to try it. So I said what the heck. I've bought a lot of new clothes recently that ALMOST fit, but that I still need to lose 10-15 more pounds to really fit into. So this will help me get over the plateau I've been in. I started 2003 at around 255 pounds and I'm down to 240, but I've been at 240 for several months. My eating in the last 2 months has been TERRIBLE. Stuffing my face, fatty foods, no portion control, buying from the vending machine. I want to get back into a good eating habit like I was at the beginning of the year.
However, I just bought I 4 pack of Drumstick ice cream cones this morning, and I'm prolly going to eat them tonight, since I can't have them on the SBD. Terrible, aren't I? In one breath I want to eat healthier, and in the next I admit to eating up a ton of calories and fat.
Oh well. The diet starts tomorrow. Ice cream tonight.
