Holy shit, my *mortgage* is less than that, and that even includes the property taxes! But my house is smaller, only 1 story with 3brdms & 2baths...

They have some pretty bold color choices going on in there... would renters be able to do their own paint job?

Yeah, he said he thinks the paint colors have been driving away buyers. They just recently repainted all the walls white ^_^

LOL, no, the seller is the assistant director of the main library (my big boss). He's offering anyone in the library a bonus if they'll help get the place rented. And I want it!

Oooh, yeah, the carpet could very easily be removed... but you'd have to ask what's under the carpet... And I never thought about sharing the house, that would make the rent much better. Damn. I wish I had some roommates! No. I don't. A husband and two kids are good :-)
