I lost weight with Topamax - it kills your appetite, but not in a bad way - you don't miss it. Warning - there MAY be some initial side effects -you might feel a little blurry or confused, and have a hard time choosing your words sometimes, but that left for me after a couple of days. Give it a try - it worked well for me.
