So, I'm home. Instead of at work. Sigh. I got there, and they were like, "oh, you didn't get our message? we can't start you today..." See, as a driver, they have to run my license with the BMV. But most places fudge and let you start driving before they get the report back. But apparently they'd just gotten an email from the head honcho saying "NO FUDGING!!" so they can't start me until it comes back. Which means I won't start work until next Friday :-( So they just had me fill out the tax paperwork and gave me a tour. Woop. So now I sit here, on a Saturday night, with no money. POOP.

I was rereading all of the Lenore comics yesterday, trying to introduce suraimu to them. I'd forgotten how damned hysterical they are. The funniest line ever is, of course, "Fish go 'Pook pook pook!!'"
