Cold, snow creates chaos

It wasn't even a half an inch, you dumbasses! If you'd just shown a little bit of forethought, there wouldn't have been so many problems!

Date: 2006-12-08 06:27 pm (UTC)Dayton was bad too. I-675 had slow spots near the Indian Ripple Rd. and Col. Glenn Hwy. exits. Even though I left home for work at 8:15, I didn't get in until 10:00.
Believe it or not, these are the times I miss winters in Buffalo.
